Privacy Policy
Effective September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
AdLab Marketing (“AdLab,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing services—search optimization, paid media, and reputation management—to medical and aesthetic practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through adlabmarketing.com and our connected applications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, practice name, email address, phone number, and any details you include when you request a consultation or contact us.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, referring source, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Accounting data from QuickBooks Online. If you authorize a connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online, we access only the data required to deliver the service you requested—such as company profile, customers, invoices, payments, and items. We never request or store your Intuit login credentials.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To create reporting, attribution, and performance analysis for your account.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and applications.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use QuickBooks Online data for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose beyond the service you authorized.
4. Intuit QuickBooks Online data
Access to QuickBooks Online is granted by you through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to make authorized API requests on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time from your Intuit account settings or by disconnecting within our application. When access is revoked, we stop all further data retrieval and delete stored QuickBooks Online data and tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and security obligations (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and advertising platforms we manage for you), when required by law or valid legal process, or in connection with a business transfer where this policy continues to apply.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, environment-isolated credential storage, and routine review of access logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information using measures appropriate to its sensitivity, and we will notify affected parties of a confirmed breach as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain client and inquiry information for as long as the relationship is active and thereafter as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Connected accounting data is retained only while the integration is authorized, then deleted as described in Section 4. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@adlabmarketing.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
10. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated to active clients.
